WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES TO START HAULING WITH RELIEX LOGISTICS?

To start hauling with Reliex logistics we need:

  • Valid MC or US DOT number
  • Minimum $1 million auto liability insurance
  • Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance policy
  • Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)
  • Completed online Carrier Contract*

WHAT IS RELIX LOGISTICS CARRIER DASHBOARD?

Relix logistics provides its load board based on carrier convenient technology. You can easily get access through web-portal or mobile app and can send us a quote for available loads, view documents of load to reduce check calls from desktop or through mobile app.

HOW CAN I ACCESS A RELIEX LOGISTICS CARRIER DASHBOARD?

To request for an account Click here, and get access to the Reliex logistics dashboard online. You may also put a request for login.


LOAD STATUS AND CHECK CALLS

Contact your Reliex Logistics Account Executive at (908) 648-4147, Call on 908-648-3106, or cinvoices@reliexlogistics.com.  We’ll get your issues resolved quickly and try to make your business more and more smooth.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A CHECK CALL?

You have 2  possible and easy ways you can submit check calls.

  • The most convenient way is to get access to automated or manual check calls through the Reliex Logistics Carrier Dashboard.

PAYMENT

  • WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I HAVE TO SEND TO RELIEX LOGISTICS TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT?
  • HOW DO I SEND THE DOCUMENTS?
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I HAVE TO SEND TO RELIEX LOGISTICS TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT?
  • Reliex logistics invoice or rate confirmation
  • Signed Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Lumper receipts (if applicable)
  • Scale tickets (if applicable)
  • Any other necessary load documents with receipts for reimbursement
HOW DO I SEND THE DOCUMENTS?

There are 2 options:

  • Upload your load documents titled “Final Pay Paperwork” in the TQL Carrier Dashboard app
  • Email your paperwork to cinvoices@reliexlogistics.com with your PO# in the subject line

If you factor, please send all documents to your factoring company and not to Reliex Logistics.


DETENTION/TONU

  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RECEIVING DETENTION/LAYOVER PAY?
  • WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO RECEIVE TONU PAY?
  • WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS?
  • WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH AN IDENTITY THEFT SECURITY CONCERN?
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RECEIVING DETENTION/LAYOVER PAY?
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments or within the first come first serve window
  • Call, Text, or E-mail Reliex Logistics:
    • Upon arrival/departure to any shipper/receiver
    • Thirty minutes before detention time starts
  • Ask the shipper/receiver to notate your check in and out times on the paperwork If they will not notate, notify Reliex Logistics before leaving the facility
  • Request detention payment from the load owning Reliex Logistics contact or a member of their account team
  • Negotiate with the Reliex Logistics Contact when no prior agreement is in place
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO RECEIVE TONU PAY?
  • Be dispatched on a Reliex Logistics load prior to an unforeseen load cancellation
    • If you don’t have complete load details, you aren’t dispatched
    • Obtain the Driver/Carrier Information Sheet to confirm dispatch has occurred
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments, or within the first come first serve window
  • Notify Reliex Logistics at the first sign of issues or load changes

You can notify Reliex Logistics of any potential identity theft concerns by contacting our Distressed Load Assistance (DLA) Team at (908) 648-4147 choose “Option 2” or email support@reliexlogistics.com.
